1. Point Card Refunds

We offer refunds for Point Cards purchased through our integrated in-game payment interface or authorized payment gateways, subject to the following conditions:

  • Unused Point Cards: If you have purchased a Point Card but have not yet redeemed or used any portion of the points in-game, you are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date.
  • Used Point Cards: Once a Point Card has been redeemed, or any points associated with the purchase have been spent within the Mist World game environment, the purchase is considered final and non-refundable.

2. How to Request a Refund

The primary method for requesting a refund is through our In-Game Feedback System. Please follow these steps:

  1. Open the game and navigate to the "Help" menu.
  2. Select "Feedback" and then click "Submit feedback".
  3. On the "Choose type" page, select the category: "have not received cards".
  4. In the feedback content, you must include the Transaction ID or Merchant Transaction ID associated with your purchase.

3. Verification and Invalidation Process

To protect the integrity of our game economy and ensure security, all refund requests undergo a mandatory verification process:

  • Upon receiving your request, our team will verify the Transaction ID to locate the specific Point Card.
  • Invalidation: Before a refund is issued, the corresponding Point Card will be invalidated and deactivated within our system to ensure it cannot be used after the refund is processed.
  • This process ensures that refunds are only issued for unused digital assets.

4. Processing Time

Once the verification and deactivation process is complete:

  • The refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution and the payment processor (Paddle).

5. Exceptions

Refunds will not be granted in cases where:

  • The Point Card has already been partially or fully consumed.
  • A player has been banned from the game due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., cheating or harassment).
